Bahawalpur:05/09:The entry test for admissions into various undergraduate and postgraduate programs at the Islamia University of Bahawalpur was held at Main Auditorium, Baghdad ul Jadeed campus and sub campuses at Rahim Yar Khan and Bahawalnagar. Around 2500 candidates participated in the test including 450 candidates at Rahim Yar Khan and 234 at Bahawalnagar campus. The test was conducted by National Testing Service. Prof. Dr. Mukhtar, Vice Chancellor visited test center at Baghdad ul Jadeed campus, he also interacted with parents and relatives of candidates in waiting area. Students and their parents appreciated and thanked Vice Chancellor for the arrangements of sitting area, proper security, medical and parking facilities.
The Islamia University of Bahawalpur is offering admissions in 78 disciplines in 48 academic departments, five constituent colleges and sub campuses located at Bahawalpur and Rahim Yar Khan. Admission forms are available on designated bank branches and can also be downloaded from university web site: www.iub.edu.pk. Last date for submission of admission forms is 20th September, 2010 at One Window Admission facility at Abbasia Campus Bahawalpur and sub campuses in Bahawalnagar and Rahim Yar Khan.
