Veterinary University Ph.D Research Talk

Lahore: 06 Jan: University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (UVAS) Lahore has announced that The Faculty of Animal Production and Technology warmly welcome the joining of Dr. Muhammad Gulzar as a young valuable asset, who has recently completed his Ph.D. studies from the University of Rennes & INRA Agro Campus. His research topic was “Dry heating of Whey Proteins under controlled physic-chemical conditions: structures, interactions and functionalities”. Dr. Gulzar is going to deliver his Ph.D. research talk on 12th January 2012 at 10:00 a.m. All interested faculty members and postgraduate student from FAPT will mandatorily attend the talk.
