FAISALABAD:January 06: The University of Agriculture, Faisalabad arranged a welcome party for 45 foreign students who recently got admission here.
The function was arranged by the International Club at Old Senate Hall, UAF on Thursday. Addressing the participants, Prof Dr Muhammad Younis said that the university was committed to providing the quality education and giving state-of-the-art facilities at the campus to the students. He hoped that the students would prove their mettle on the horizon of their discipline and would bring goodwill to the country after going back to their home countries. He said that the university had established women complex to facilitate the women.
Foreign Students Adviser Prof Dr Tahir Siddique urged the students to learn the local language to understand the culture of Pakistan. He said that the university was taking all tangible steps to facilitate the students by providing modern facilities. Foreign students and other notables also spoke on the occasion.
