Jhelum: 25 Jan: Punjab University (PU) Admissions Department has announced admissions in BBA (Hons), B.Com (Hons.) and BS Computer Science (Hons.) 4 Years Admissions -2012 (Jhelum Campus)
Applications on prescribed forms, available at Punjab University Jhelum Campus (PUJC), are invited for admission to the following regular Morning programs for the year 2012.
Program:

BBA (Hons) 4Years
(8 Semesters)
Leating to MBA
Intermediate or equivalent qualification with at least 2nd division
B.Com (Hons) 4Years
(8 Semesters)
Leating to M.Com
Intermediate or equivalent qualification with at least 2nd division
BS Computer
Science (Hons) 4Years
(8 Semesters)
At least 50% marks in ICS/ F.Sc (Pre-Eng)/ F.Sc (Pre-Medical) with additional Math/ A Level with Math or equivalent qualification or 60% marks in DAE in relevant discipline
The eligibility as per HEC criteria.
Admission Criteria for Bachelor Degree Programs:
2% deduction per year from overall %age of marks will be made for the candidates who passed their last examination in Previous Years.
Age Limit: The maximum age limit is 24 years for Bachelor Degree Programs.
Admission Forms:

The admission forms for all above programs are available from office of the Jhelum Campus from 19-01-2012 during office hours.
•
Admission forms, complete in all respects, should reach the reception office Jhelum Campus by 3:30 pm on or before 03-02-2012. Admission forms received through postal or courier services after the due date and time will not be entertained.
•
Forms can be downloaded form Punjab University Website http://pu.edu.pk/page/downloads.
• The applications for the Reserve Seats should apply on the separate form along with the relevant documents issued by the concerned authorities.
General Conditions:
•
Admissions will be made strictly on merit.
•
The applications seeking admission to Post Graduate Classes, who have passed their Graduation from universities other than Punjab University, are required to submit a Migration Certificate from that University and the applicant seeking admission to Graduate Classes, who have passed their intermediate or equivalent examination from a Board situated outside the territorial jurisdiction of University of the Punjab, are required to submit NOC from the respective BOARD with admission forms.
•
The candidate who have passed “O” or “A” level examinations or obtained any degree from private or public university other than University of the Punjab are required to submit the Equivalence Certificate issued by IBCC or University of the Punjab respectively with Admission Forms.
• First merit list for all Classes will be displayed on 10-02-2012.
• Original documents are required to submit to the University authorities before obtaining challan form for deposit of dues and the same will be retained for verification.
• Hostel accommodation & University transport will NOT be available.
