MBBS Part-I results declared

LAHORE:March 08: The University of Health Sciences (UHS) declared the result of first professional MBBS Part-I annual examination 2011 on Wednesday.

According to details, a total of 4,218 candidates of 28 affiliated medical colleges appeared in the exam held in December 2011, of which 3,272 passed whereas 941 were declared fail. Hira Saleem d/o Saleem Shahid of Akhtar Saeed Medical and Dental College, Lahore, secured the first position by getting 525 marks out of a total of 600. The candidates that failed can submit their admission forms for supplementary examinations on or before March 28.Daily Times.
