Lahore: 19 Sep: GC University Lahore has produced three Doctors of Philosophy (PhDs) in Physics. Muhammad Jamil completed his research on the topic of “Studies on Collective Interactions in Complex Plasmas” under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Salimullah, and Prof. Dr. Hassan A. Shah Chairperson Department of Physics. Muddasir Ali Shah completed his research on the topic of “Linear Analysis of Waves in Relativistic Hot plasma and in Degenerate Plasma” under the supervision of Dr. G. Murtaza. Dr. N. L. Tsintsadze and Dr. G. Murtaza jointly supervised Abdur Rasheed’s Ph.D research. His topic was “Nonlinear Screening and Lon-acoustic Solitons in Electron-positron and Electron-positron-Ion Plasmas”.
