BHAKKAR:September 11: A large number of candidates, who were denied internship at government girls colleges across the district, have appealed to Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif to order an inquiry into alleged nepotism adopted by the principals concerned.
Talking to The News, they alleged that principals had inducted only their relatives into their colleges under the College Teaching Internship (CTI) in Kaloorkot, Darya Khan, Dulewala and Mankera. They said that the merit had been flouted during the hiring of the interns during the last four years. They said that a girl was appointed in Dulewala sometime back and later she was appointed in Kaloorkot, while now she had been given a place in Darya Khan. They said that nepotism had made it impossible for talented candidates to get a place for internship. They said that they had written a letter to the chief minister, demanding an inquiry into violation of merit by the principals.The news.
